So when it comes to refunds, we're happy to work with you if you're unhappy for any reason. To request a refund, just click the “Help” link from your account and let us know what's going on.
Yes, but it's not the best way to get a refund. Disputes should be filed when fraud is suspected or as a last resort after contacting us and giving us a chance to make things right.
We are required to respond to all disputes and provide evidence that the charge was valid. Once a dispute has been filed, we are no longer able to issue a refund until the dispute is resolved. The dispute process is long and costly; typically resulting in us having less options to make you happy.
If a payment fails for any reason, the system will send the account owner an email letting them know there was a problem processing the payment. The next time you log in, you will be taken to an account suspended screen. From this page you can update your billing information, download your data, and/or cancel your account. None of your data will be deleted unless your account is canceled. Your online donation forms will remain available and online even if your account access is suspended.
