Unlimited Donors
Donor Tools doesn’t limit the number of donors you can have in your database. You can import your entire donor database using our easy import feature, or take advantage of our data conversion service.
Thank-You Letters
Thanking donors is so important. Donor Tools generates thank-you letters in PDF format that you can print out or save. Or, send a thank-you email. Thank-you letters are archived and associated with the donor, so you can avoid the pain of accidental duplication, or worse, forgetting to send a thank-you letter.
Donor Self-Service
Your donors can sign in to Donor Tools to view their giving history any time. They can even print out their donation receipts and year-end reports from the convenience of their own computer, saving you time, printing, and postage.
Online Donations
Members can donate online at any time by going to your Donor Tools account. Online Donations are handled through PayPal (a PayPal account is required).
Easy Data Entry
Entering donations is fast and easy with Donor Tools. Donor Tools remembers your preferences and the last things you typed to help save you keystrokes. Enter a donation and watch it immediately appear in your donor report.

Accountability
In today’s business environment, accountability and good record keeping are not optional. Donor Tools can help you enhance your organization’s accountability with our unique Audit History feature. Audit history track everything that happens in your Donor Tools account. Everything that’s added, changed, or removed is logged and tracked, even after it has been deleted. This audit trail keeps everyone accountable and can help answer questions of who did what.
Quickbooks® Support
Export your donation records to Quickbooks® with the click of a button. Quickbooks® Export can save time and reduce data-entry errors, since donations only have to be entered once.
Donor Tools works with Quickbooks classes to provide fund accounting capability. Funds translate to Quickbooks “classes”, and Sources become Quickbooks “income accounts”. Individual donations are recorded as sales receipts in Quickbooks (or donation receipts, if you use Quickbooks Nonprofit).
